About Roseline
How I Got Here
I spent over a decade in nursing, a career built on giving, on showing up for others, on holding space in their most vulnerable moments. It was meaningful work. But somewhere along the way, I stopped asking myself the hard questions: Who am I beyond what I do for others? What do I actually want from my life? Where does my purpose live when I’m not performing my role?
My personal health challenges became my awakening. In navigating my own body, my own needs, my own journey, I realized something profound: the woman has to come first. Not as a concept or a theory, but as a practice. We have to reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, our spirits, our true desires, before we can show up authentically anywhere else.
That’s when Women in Bloom was born. Not from clinical expertise, but from a deeply personal need. I noticed I wasn’t alone in this search. Women everywhere were seeking the same thing: a place to be whole, a community that could hold all of them, permission to unlearn what doesn’t serve them and step into who God has actually called them to be.

My Work
Why I Also Do GLY Empowerment- NGO, Nigeria
A foundation supporting girls in Nigeria through education, health, and empowerment. Building the next generation of health, bold, capable women.
Here's what I learned: we can't wait until women are adults to teach them this. GLY Empowerment exists because girls deserve to know their worth, understand their bodies, and see their potential before the world tells them otherwise. Through the Stepping into Bloom program in Nigeria, we are reaching girls early with education about health, boundaries, STEM, and their value.
When you invest in a girl, when you show her that she matters, that her education matters, that her body and her choices belong to her, you don't just change one life. You change the trajectory of families, communities, and generations to come.
What Women in Bloom Is
Community events and conversations for women seeking purpose, power, and presence. Finding your people. Building the life you envision. Creating space for real transformation.
Women in Bloom is my answer to a question I kept asking: What if women had a space where the conversation could be honest? Where we didn't have to perform or shrink or pretend we had it all figured out? Where we could actually talk about purpose, power, and presence not as abstract concepts, but as the real, daily work of showing up for ourselves?
Through our events and community, we create that space. Women come together to have real conversations, to challenge the stories that have kept us small, and to discover what we're actually capable of. It's not therapy. It's not business advice. It's something deeper, it's about becoming.
