For Women – Lead Yourself First
I work with women in professional and leadership roles who are ready to stop performing and start leading from within. Through the Lead Yourself First group coaching program, one-on-one coaching, and the Women in Bloom community, I help women build the inner foundation identity clarity, emotional regulation, boundaries, discipline, and vision that makes everything else sustainable.
For Healthcare Organizations – Lead From Within
I work with skilled nursing facilities, long-term care organizations, and mid-size hospital systems to develop their frontline clinical leaders. The Lead From Within 90-day program develops charge nurses, nurse managers, and clinical supervisors in the leadership skills that directly impact nurse retention and team culture. The leaders I develop are both women and men because great clinical leadership does not have a gender.
For Girls – GLY Empowerment
Through my nonprofit foundation Guiding Light for Youth Empowerment, I work to ensure that the self-leadership work starts early. The Bloom Into You program empowers girls in Nigeria with wellness education, life skills, and the tools to grow into their full potential.
