This is a room built for honesty. For depth. For the woman who is accomplished by most external measures and still feels the gap between where she is and who she knows she can become.

Women in Bloom is a women’s empowerment event series and community.
I started it because I kept looking for a room where women could be honest about the gap between where they are and who they know they can become and could not find it.
So I built it.
Every Women in Bloom event brings together women navigating purpose, power, and peace in a season of becoming. The conversations go deeper than strategy. The community stays after the event ends. And every woman who walks in leaves knowing she is not figuring this out alone.

- You are a woman who is building something and figuring it out in real time
- You are accomplished by most external measures and still feel like something is missing
- You have been leading everyone around you and have never once been in a room that was built specifically for you
