About Roseline
I am a Nigerian- American registered nurse, founder, and women’s advocate.
My Nigerian roots shaped everything about how I see the world. The resilience, the faith, the deep knowing that community is everything. That foundation lives in everything I build, from the bedside to the boardroom to the schools in Nigeria where GLY Empowerment shows up every quarter.
GLY Empowerment started because I could not look away. Girls in Nigeria are growing up without the information, the mentorship, and the opportunities they deserve and I was in a position to do something about it. So I did. Our Blooming Into You program goes directly into primary and secondary schools across Nigeria four times a year. We talk about periods without shame. We talk about boundaries without fear. We tell girls that science belongs to them. And we watch them bloom.
Women in Bloom came from a different kind of need a space where women do not have to perform their strength. Just be in it.
I hold a Master of Science in Nursing in Leadership. I am a woman of faith. And I am just getting started.
My Work
For Community Women in Bloom
Is the community I built because I kept looking for a room where women could be honest about the gap between where they are and who they know they can become and could not find it. It is a women’s empowerment event series where the conversation goes deeper than strategy. Women in Blooms 2.0 Rooted and Rising is happening May 9. Register free at the link below.
For Girls GLY Empowerment
Through my nonprofit foundation Guiding Light for Youth, I work to ensure that self-leadership starts early. The Bloom Into You program empowers girls in Nigeria with wellness education, life skills, and the tools to grow into their full potential. Because a girl who knows herself is harder to diminish.

My Values
Integrity. Compassion. Clarity. Growth. Service. Faith. Not aspirational. Operational. Every offering I build, every room I walk into, every woman or leader I work with , these six words are the standard I hold myself to.
